Unlocking the Power of Diversity

Unlockingthe Powerof Diversity

Diversity is more than a social responsibility – it is a success factor. Different perspectives foster innovation, better decision-making and strong collaboration. I support organisations in leveraging diversity consciously and creating an environment where people can realise their full potential.
I am particularly passionate about encouraging women to recognise their strengths, increase their impact and forge their own path.

Workshop: Authentic Female Leadership

Women do not need to lead like men to be successful. Effective leadership starts with knowing your strengths, staying true to your values and acting authentically.
In this workshop, participants reflect on their personal leadership style and develop their authentic approach to female leadership. They explore internal and external expectations, challenge limiting assumptions and strengthen their presence. As a result, they gain confidence, clarity and self-assurance for their leadership role.

Possible areas of focus include:

  • Recognising and consciously questioning personal behavioural patterns and external expectations
  • Understanding conflicting expectations of female leadership and navigating them with confidence
  • Developing your own leadership style beyond traditional gender roles
  • Recognising strengths in female leadership and deploying them consciously
  • Developing confident presence and «charming persistence»
  • Learning from female role models and successful leadership approaches across genders

The participants develop a leadership style that reflects their personality and enables them to lead with authenticity, confidence and impact.
The workshop can be booked as a one-day programme for organisations and associations or as a weekend workshop for individual participants.

Workshop: Visible. Confident. Successful.

Many women possess outstanding skills and achieve a great deal. Nevertheless, they frequently make their achievements and potential less visible, question their own abilities more strongly, or wait longer before actively pursuing their next career steps.
This workshop supports women in recognising their strengths more consciously, making their expertise visible and purposefully enhancing their personal impact. They gain confidence in their demeanour, strengthen their presence and learn to communicate their expertise, ideas and goals with clarity and conviction.

Possible areas of focus include:

  • Recognising your strengths and achievements
  • Effectively showcasing your own expertise
  • Presenting with clarity, confidence and impact
  • Positioning oneself with confidence in demanding situations
  • Increasing your personal impact
  • Enhancing Executive Presence in Meetings and Presentations
  • Building and nurturing networks strategically
  • Actively shaping your next career step

Participants gain greater clarity about their strengths, present themselves with greater confidence and learn to make active use of their professional opportunities.
The workshop can be booked as a one-day programme for organisations and associations or as a weekend workshop for individual participants.

Workshop: Unconscious Bias

Unconscious thought patterns shape our perception, behaviour and decisions – often without us even realising it. Particularly in interactions between women and men, they can influence how we assess competencies, recognise potential and perceive career opportunities.
In this workshop, participants learn to recognise unconscious thought patterns and biases, understand their impact on leadership, collaboration and career development, and manage them more consciously. The aim is to foster a corporate culture in which potential is recognised regardless of gender, different perspectives are valued and decisions are made more consciously.

Possible areas of focus include:

  • What «Unconscious Bias» means and how unconscious thought patterns arise
  • Recognising personal biases and behaviours – particularly in interactions between women and men
  • Understanding the impact of unconscious bias on leadership, communication and career development
  • Reflecting on gender stereotypes and role expectations
  • Deliberately including diverse perspectives
  • Making more conscious and differentiated decisions
  • Leveraging diversity as a success factor for collaboration and corporate success

Participants develop a greater awareness of their own biases and create the foundation for a respectful, equitable and more effective collaboration.
